THE ASK —

Vive Organic, a sister brand to Suja under the same parent portfolio, makes bold, doctor-crafted wellness shots cold-pressed from organic superfoods. As part of a larger brand refresh and repositioning, Pattern was brought in to design and build a Shopify flagship that would do two things at once: give the core "Loud Explorer" consumer a brand world worth returning to, and build a commerce foundation that earns its keep in the world of CPG.

OUR APPROACH —

With the landscape of competition for both market share and mind share at all-time highs, we intentionally built the information architecture around three key user journeys — Shop, Learn, and Explore — giving each its own navigation pillar with image-rich dropdowns that extend the brand world into utility.

The homepage leads with the brand's "Loud by Nature" energy but sequences quickly into social proof, benefits-driven navigation, and subscription value proposition. The PDP is structured to earn trust before it asks for a purchase: ingredient transparency, research-backed efficacy claims, and a tiered quantity model that makes the 72-pack feel like the obvious choice.

Subscription is embedded at every touchpoint. The "Never Run Out" proposition runs globally, anchors the subscribe page flow, and shows up with clear callouts and seamless UX in the buy stack.

BEHIND THE BUILD  —

Built on Shopify Plus using Pattern's "Framework" custom theme tooling, the site is engineered for flexibility and long-term maintainability. Every blocked in every section is configurable: color treatments, text slots, imagery, textures and layout ratios can all be adjusted in the Shopify theme editor without touching code, giving Vive's team the autonomy to move fast across campaigns, cultural moments and new product launches.

The component system also draws directly on Pattern's work across the broader Suja portfolio, applying cross-brand learnings — particularly around PDP conversion architecture and subscription UX — to a site built for Vive's distinct distribution model and core consumer.
