STRATEGIC VISION —
We began by immersing ourselves in Suja’s rebranding efforts, gaining an in-depth understanding of their new brand identity and the need for a cohesive digital experience. Although a significant amount of Suja’s sales occur in-store, the website plays a crucial role in the overall brand strategy. It acts as a key platform for sharing product information, exploring Suja’s brand story, and driving e-commerce sales through multi-pack and subscription options.
A standout feature of Suja is their commitment to clean, organic ingredients, and we made that a focal point of the redesign. The new design prominently features nutrition labels, emphasizing transparency and helping customers make informed choices. Additionally, we streamlined the process for multi-pack ordering, making it easy for users to select and purchase multiple products at once. The subscription feature was also enhanced, allowing customers to effortlessly set up and manage recurring orders, thereby increasing convenience and encouraging repeat business.
DESIGN APPROACH & OMNICHANNEL INTEGRATION —
Our design approach was rooted in collaboration and exploration. Working closely with Suja, we explored various creative directions, each one bringing us closer to a design that harmonized organic elements with an intuitive user interface. Through iterative feedback and strategic decision-making, we refined the layout into one that not only embodied Suja’s refreshed identity but also significantly enhanced the user experience across all digital touchpoints. The final design was a perfect blend of aesthetics and functionality, reflecting Suja’s core values while catering to the modern consumer.
In today’s digital landscape, omnichannel integration is essential. For Suja, this meant ensuring that every digital touchpoint resonated with their reimagined brand identity. The redesign went beyond mere visuals, crafting a seamless and consistent user journey across all platforms and devices. By integrating visual elements, messaging, and interactive features, we reinforced Suja’s brand consistency, enhancing both user engagement and overall satisfaction.

DEVELOPMENT EXCELLENCE —
Executing the redesign on Shopify Plus required precision and a deep understanding of the platform’s capabilities. To meet both current business needs and account for future growth as well as cross-brand scalability, our development team engineered an enterprise-style solution that combines a unversal component design system utlizing Shopify Plus' "Sections Everywhere" framework with a custom Shopify theme that's crafted for superior scale and flexibility.
Notable technical achievements include a completely original system for managing nutrition lables, powered by implementing multi-row Shopify metafields that are infinitely cloneable — accounting for any possible nutrition information use case across every product in the Suja Wellness portfolio across all of their brands.
Comprehensive technical documentation, ensures that Suja's internal team was fully equipped to manage the site post-launch. This documentation went beyond basic guidelines—it included detailed instructions on site management, updates, and customization options tailored to Suja’s specific needs. This approach empowered Suja’s team to take full control of their digital presence, ensuring they could maintain the integrity of the design while adapting to future market demands.
