Their founding team approached us to help them rethink their brand presentation, eCommerce site, unboxing experience and packaging design as part of a larger overarching strategy that involved launching their new flagship product — the BlendJet 2 — as well as doubling down on and scaling their Jetpack smoothie subscription business.

Our design approach centered on differentiating and communicating the BlendJet vision amp; values to aspiring, health conscious, active, mobile-first consumers while creating ample opportunities to upsell, drive subscriptions and invite repeat purchases through smart, seamless user experience design and a content strategy centered on recipes and creating more usage occasions.

The design framework is built out as a headless experience powered by Shopify Plus and is flexible and scalable to support a large number of upcoming launches, limited edition drops, line extensions, and frequent content updates.
