THE CONTEXT —

Caraleya is a lifestyle app designed for people who place a high value on meaningful connections - whether that’s remembering important dates, taking note of allergies, or simply staying in touch with the people who matter most. With an MVP in the market and a roadmap for customer acquisition and growth, Caraleya sought to invest in boosting app installations, establishing its brand and strengthening its digital presence and product offering articulation.

To support these goals, Caraleya partnered with Pattern, seeking a comprehensive digital strategy that would drive user growth, increase brand awareness, and provide forward-thinking UI/UX recommendations to enhance user retention. By integrating Caraleya’s commitment to thoughtful relationships with an engaging, streamlined experience, we helped shape a marketing and design strategy that captures the heart of Caraleya’s mission and resonates with its audience.

The onboarding flow for any new-to-market app can be a make or break user experience. Pattern developed a clean, integrated design language that powers an ultra-intuitive user experience, making it simple for newcomers to start organizing their personal and social lives right away.

PRIORITIZING MEANINGFUL CONNECTIONS —

Caraleya centers on making your social and personal life easier to organize by combining several key features in a single, user-friendly app. We spent significant time developing and polishing it's key standout feature: the ability to store detailed information about your loved ones—everything from important dates to allergies—ensuring you never forget a milestone or overlook a crucial detail.

OUR EXPERIENCE STRATEGY —

From the start, we believed that the Caraleya website and brand ecosystem needed to be more than a simple landing page on the way to driving downloads, and that it should serve as both an immersive preview of the app while also embodying the thoughtfulness and kindness innate to the product. This was an evolution from closed MVP to public launch, and our goal was to help the Caraleya team make the most impact possible as they launched the product internationally. 

In addition to feature explanations and use cases, Pattern developed a content strategy around the key themes relavant to Caraleya and it's target customer, creating long form content, launch campaign assets for social media, and an evolving hub of ideas and activities all centered around the core brand tenet of living thoughtfully.
